Our approach to pre-construction consists of proactive planning and collaborative team effort between the client, architect, consultants, engineers to explore value-engineered solutions to save the client time and money. We are experienced in working in this team atmosphere at the earliest stages of design to bring a wealth of first hand knowledge of real world applications to the table. This allows us to tap into our accumulated knowledge on materials, labor requirements, and current market variations that may affect the project and to identify possible efficiencies and cost-saving measures.
