Since we only maintain a handful of projects on our job board, this allows us to skip a few management positions. You won't see project managers, coordinators, superintendent.  Instead, you will see our owner actively involved in all phases and aspects of the building process including managing, supervising and building your home alongside crews on a daily basis ensuring that the team meets their commitments and our expectations.

Price of your project should not come with surprises as we hate surprises too. There is no initial lowball bid leading to "this was not included" change orders, no creeping guaranteed maximum price, no fee based contract, no guesstimates. 

Our approach is to start with the comprehensive bid package. Scaling down through value engineering is always better than scaling up unexpectedly.

We spend the time required to thoroughly analyze plans to deliver the most cost-effective and complete bid package with fixed price that includes full description of the materials, detailed cost breakdowns by line items with real world hard quotes from reputable local suppliers to pave the way for an efficient and headache free project.

We believe we are as only good as last home we built and our success is measured by percentage of clients who would recommend us to their family and friends, not the number of homes built.

We build each home with sense of ownership and we go miles beyond industry standard warranty to make sure our clients are taken care of after they move-in.
